I went today and it was just packed. The lift lines were really brutal, and it felt like I spent more time waiting than actually skiing.

Getting there was straightforward, and parking was fine when I arrived, though it did start filling up later. I didn’t really need help from customer service, which was a relief because I’m never fully confident they’ll be useful if something goes wrong.

We went with the family and found it a little more stressful than we expected. The beginner area felt limited and crowded, and it was not very easy to get help when we needed it. The kids got frustrated quickly, which made the day feel less relaxed. The views were nice, but I would not choose it again for an easy beginner-friendly outing.

I went in expecting it to be worth it, but the pass prices felt high for what we got. It just didn’t really seem worth the cost, especially with that whole thing kind of adding up

We went to Norquay for a day trip, and while the views were really nice, the lodge itself felt a bit worn out. The bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’d expect, and once it got busy, it was hard to find anywhere comfortable to sit.

The food was kind of disappointing too, especially for the price. My burger was dry and the fries were already getting cold, which made me question the overall quality a bit. The staff were friendly enough, but the facilities and food could definitely use some attention

I booked a beginner ski lesson hoping to get some real guidance, but I felt ignored for most of it. The instructor rushed through everything, barely checked if anyone was following along, and seemed kind of irritated whenever we asked questions. It felt less like a lesson and more like... I don’t know, just not what I expected. I wouldn’t book lessons here again.

I’m not totally sure if I just got unlucky, but the rental gear really wasn’t great. The boots were uncomfortable and started hurting after a while, and when I asked for help, the staff didn’t seem very interested. Maybe it depends on the day, but my experience was kind of disappointing

The staff were really nice and helped us out quickly, which made the whole day a lot easier. Nothing over the top, just friendly service that made a good impression.

The snow was actually good, and the groomers stayed nice and smooth through the morning. Wasn’t no bad way to spend the day, just easy laps, no hassle, and a fun time overall.
